AMAIS

AMAIS supports the inclusion of people with disabilities through design, education and culture projects, creating spaces and experiences accessible to everyone.

Black Sea FooDignity Association

Black Sea FooDignity Association provides hot meals to vulnerable people in Romania through the #SocialFood program. The organization runs projects such as “Adopt a Canteen” and “Kitchen Battle”, in partnerships with international organizations and private companies. To date, it has provided over 1.3 million hot meals and supports the social reintegration of beneficiaries.

Écolage Association

The non-governmental organization Écolage is dedicated to promoting education through good manners and personal development. Through workshops and educational projects, such as “Manners of Manners”, it addresses children, adolescents and adults, encouraging responsible and respectful behavior in various social contexts.

APPA

APPA (Association for the Promotion of Insurance, founded in 2009, educates the Romanian public about the importance of insurance through information campaigns and projects dedicated to consumers. The NGO supports customer protection, promotes the concept of insurance and contributes to improving regulations in the field.

Touched Romania Association

The Touched Romania Association, founded in 2005, supports mothers and children in difficulty through shelter, counseling, education and social reintegration programs. The non-governmental organization carries out projects to prevent the separation of children from their families and promote social inclusion.

Club Sportiv Climb Again Association

The Club Sportiv Climb Again Association has been supporting children and young people with disabilities since 2014 through therapeutic climbing programs, combining sports activities with psychological support and physiotherapy. The organization promotes social inclusion, the development of self-confidence and life skills, and coordinates the National Paraclimbing Lot, achieving notable results in international competitions.

TEOFOR Education Association

TEOFOR Education Association supports the educational development of young Romanians based on Christian-Orthodox principles, by providing scholarships and organizing cultural projects. The NGO promotes Romanian values ​​through events, educational productions and partnerships with academic and cultural institutions.

WECHANGE Association

The non-governmental association WeChange, founded in 2015, specializes in interventions for children with developmental disorders. The association offers psychotherapy services, individual and group therapy programs, as well as parental counseling, using accredited methods such as DIR-Floortime. Through its activity, WeChange supports the integration and harmonious development of children and their families.

MagicWings Association

The MagicWings Association, founded in 2019, is a non-governmental organization, with the main goal of improving conditions in public hospitals for children. Its activity aims to modernize and equip medical wards, rehabilitate treatment spaces and facilitate access to adequate equipment and care. Through the implemented projects, the association contributes to increasing the quality of medical care and supporting pediatric patients in the treatment and recovery process.

AMAIS’s activity includes workshops, community events and awareness campaigns, with the mission of building a more empathetic, fairer and accessible society for all.

InfoCons – consumer protection organization

InfoCons is a non-governmental organization founded in 2003, dedicated to the protection of consumer rights in Romania, which provides information, education and useful tools for choosing products and services. The association runs awareness campaigns, develops mobile applications and represents Romania in international organizations. Its mission is to promote transparency, safety and respect for consumer rights.

 

2022

Save the Câmpulung and Muscel Association

The Save Câmpulungul and Muscelul Association wants to protect the health and life of the inhabitants of Câmpulung and Muscel and the reputation of the tourist area. The main purpose of the Save Campulungul and Muscelul Association is to purchase a mobile laboratory and a fixed station, which will measure air quality and pollution levels and make those responsible for burning thousands of tons of waste with ships from all over the world, as fuel in the manufacturing process, and all those who have economic activities in Muscel.

ARCEN

ARCEN projects and programs introduce a model for restoring and preserving the memory of Bucharest, restoring the connection between citizens and the city, capitalizing and activating through culture the ethical, educational and recreational potential of the city and improving the legislation on the protection of built heritage and of the historical areas of Bucharest. Among the supported projects are the Bucharest Catalog and the Antiseismic District.

Bucharest Community Foundation

The Bucharest Community Foundation brings together donors, NGOs or initiative groups to develop communities. The FCB team is building donation mechanisms, funding funds or idea incubators for Bucharest. The Bucharest Community Foundation is part of a national movement, along with 18 other community foundations in the country. FCB's most ambitious project is Bucharest Ready - as a broader campaign to prepare Bucharest and its people through information, education and the development of a support network for earthquake response.

Linfield/Ajungem MARI

Ajungem MARI is a program started by the Lindenfeld Association and supports the education of children in foster care and disadvantaged settings. The aim of the program is to support children and young people to become BIG, responsible, independent and happy people. The Ajungem MARI educational program started in Bucharest in 2014 and expanded rapidly, including more and more children. Currently, in Bucharest and the 23 counties where they are present, 2,500 wonderful children and young people institutionalized or from disadvantaged families enjoy interactive education and beautiful experiences, training through the Ajungem MARI program.

Ovidiu Ro 

The mission of the OvidiuRo Association is to make preschool education accessible and effective for all children in Romania. The child's brain needs stimulation to develop, and success in school is largely dependent on the experiences of the first years of life. Children who grow up in families where there are no books, a situation that is unfortunately common in poor communities, are already at a disadvantage at the beginning of the preparatory class, and the risk of dropping out of school is very high.

 

 

2021

Ovidiu Ro 

PAID supports OvidiuRo so that every child, no matter how poor, has access to quality early education, because this is the foundation of every child's future. Since 2004, all activities have been carried out on a national level and are dedicated to children in kindergarten and primary school, as well as to their teachers.

Bucharest Ready

Prepared Bucharest is the largest training campaign for Bucharest and its inhabitants, through information, education and the development of an earthquake intervention support network. Funds raised under the project will be allocated, through a transparent funding mechanism, to initiatives that prepare Bucharest residents, develop infrastructure or prevention interventions and help increase education in the event of an earthquake.

Antisesismic District

This initiative is part of the District 40 project, launched by ARCEN in 2018, for the rehabilitation through culture and education of the community and the neighborhood in the area of the Garden of Icons, also called District 40. It is a central area of Bucharest that includes 209 buildings with seismic risk I, II, U1, U2, U3 (according to the official list of the Municipality of the Capital) and other 176 multi-storey buildings, older than 50 years, without technical skills, but with seismic cracks and which are were identified within the ARCEN project, Bucharest Catalog through the methodology proposed by Re: Rise - Association for Seismic Risk Reduction.

 

2020

An extra chance at education for 180 children

With the support of the Swiss Re Foundation and PAID Romania (Natural Disaster Insurance Pool), the Lindenfeld Association, through the Ajungem MARI educational program, launched the "Connect to education" project through which over 180 children from foster care and disadvantaged families they received electronic devices to participate in online educational and school activities.

Donation of 500,000 lei for Brașov County Hospital

The Natural Disaster Insurance Pool (PAID) comes to the aid of the authorities and medical staff in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic and offers 500,000 lei for the endowment with medical equipment of the intensive care unit (ATI) of the Brașov County Emergency Clinical Hospital.
